Eight-year-old mare DANCING DUCK (5) maintains a zest for racing. Ran on well for second over 2050m at Wodonga two back then was safely held last start over 2100m at Benalla. Only needs to get near the figure she produced two back to be taking this out. QUEEN OF TAYRONA (9) added to a frustrating sequence of results when edged out over 1720m at Geelong last time out. Has won here at this trip and she looks ready for the step up in journey again. Major player. IVA MISSION (1) did a fair bit of work before dropping out over 2000m at Ballarat recently. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and should be far more competitive. FOREST DIAMOND (11) returned to form last start when beaten narrowly in a driving finish over 1720m at Geelong. Hard to hold out over this trip. DARK LEGACY (10) is rarely far away and must go in trifectas and first fours.
