What is being offered
Players can claim a 100% rebate of up to €500 if they make a single deposit of minimum €10 using rebate code SCOOP during the offer period, as specified below. If players make a qualifying deposit, they will also receive a SCOOP ticket.
When is the offer being conducted
This offer runs from 10:00 CEST on April 18 until 23:59 CEST on April 28, 2024.
Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify
To take part in this offer, you must be at least 18 years of age and a registered resident of Spain. Furthermore, only customers that have had their accounts open for at least 30 days and verified their identity will be eligible for this offer. If your account has been reopened after temporary restriction you will only be able to take part in this offer once 30 days have lapsed since your account was reopened. In accordance with article 27 of Royal Decree 176/2023, of March 14, which develops safer gaming environments, participants who engage in risky behaviour will not be allowed to continue completing the offer requirements necessary to receive their prize until they leave the category.
The offer is only available to invited players. It can be claimed once per player.
To qualify for this offer, players must make a single deposit of minimum €10 using the rebate code SCOOP in the Cashier during the offer period, as specified above.
There are different tickets available as part of this offer, depending on the deposited amount, as follows:
- €10-€100 deposit - €20 SCOOP ticket
- €101-€299 deposit - €50 SCOOP ticket
- €300+ deposit - €100 SCOOP ticket
Claiming and redeeming the offer
Upon successful qualifying deposit, players will receive a 100% rebate based on their deposited amount and will need to earn redemption points by playing real money poker games to release their rebate. Maximum rebate amount is €500 per player. To qualify for the maximum rebate amount, players must deposit €500.
Rebate will be released in €5 installments for every 50 redemption points earned. Players have 30 days after their qualifying deposit to earn all the redemption points needed to release their rebate in full.
The amount of rebate that players will receive will depend on the number of redemption points that players earn during the relevant period. No rebate will be credited for a period exceeding 30 days from the qualifying deposit.
Players who make a qualifying deposit will also receive a SCOOP ticket. The ticket value will depend on the deposited amount, as specified above.
The ticket will be credited immediately to player’s Stars Account.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.
All tickets expire at 23:59 CEST on April 28. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated.
Players can check any prizes they have, alongside information on expiry dates, redemption point requirements and more under the 'My Rewards' menu.
Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game
Players will earn 5 points for every €1 they pay in rake or tournament fees.
SCOOP tickets can be used to register and play SCOOP tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.
What else do you need to know
We reserve the right to withhold prizes if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.
If players have tickets available in their account, they will not be able to register in eligible games using funds from their cash balance before the available tickets have been used.
A withdrawal at any time during the offer period, before making a qualifying deposit, will leave players ineligible to claim the rebate.
