Playing abroad and in Spain

Playing abroad

As a resident of Spain, you can legally play on our .ES software while traveling abroad without restrictions, as long as that is allowed by the regulation of the country you’re visiting.

Playing in Spain

While in Spain, you can legally play on our .ES platform, which is fully licensed by Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ).

If you reside in Spain but don't have a DNI/NIE, you can't complete the Real Money form and play real money games.

You can read more information regarding the account authentication process on our .ES website here.

More info you should know:

  • You can't access your .ES account while you’re in France or Portugal because of a regulatory agreement between the three countries.
  • Non-Spanish residents can open an account on .ES and operate from abroad. So you will see nationalities other than French, Portuguese, and Spanish at the poker shared liquidity tables.
  • Unless you're in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan, you can't play real money games in the US or US territories.
  • In countries with local online gaming regulations, you will need to follow the requirements of that region (e.g., verification process, account validation, etc.).

If you're moving abroad permanently, let us know via our software, mobile app, or website.
