What is being offered
Players can claim 10 Free Spins and a ticket to daily draws where they can win random prizes in the form of Casino Instant Bonus or Free Spins.
When is the offer being conducted
This offer runs from 14:00 CEST on October 1 until 21:00 CEST on October 10, 2024.
Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify
In accordance with article 27 of Royal Decree 176/2023, of March 14, which develops safer gaming environments, participants who engage in risky behavior will not be allowed to continue completing the offer requirements necessary to receive their prize until they leave the category.
The offer is available to any player who holds an active and verified real-money account with PokerStars. It can be claimed once per player.
To participate in the offer, players must opt-in via the Challenges window. Only one initial opt-in is required for the duration of the offer.
Claiming and redeeming the offer
Upon opting-in players will receive 10 Free Spins and a ticket for daily draws.
Free Spins will be credited inside a Chest and players will need to open their Chest to claim them. Each Free Spin will award a wager of €0.10.
Daily draws will take place each day during the offer period at 21:00 CEST. The awarded ticket allows players to enter any remaining daily draws before the end of the offer period.
In daily draws players will have a chance to win prizes in a form of Casino Instant Bonus or Free Spins.
Winners will be notified of their prize and its value upon their next login after the draw takes place. Prizes will be issued immediately after completion of each daily draw and will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open their Chests to claim their prizes.
Any Free Spins awarded as part of this offer will expire 72 hours after being credited. Upon expiry, all remaining spins and pending winnings will be lost.
Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 72 hours from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.
Unopened Chests will expire 72 hours after being issued.
Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game
Free Spins awarded as part of this offer can only be used on specified games and may not be exchanged for cash or Free Spins on other games.
Winnings from Free Spins will be paid once all spins have been played and be awarded as cash with no withdrawal restrictions or wagering requirements.
Casino Instant Bonus won as part of this offer can be used to play any Casino games. To convert the Casino Instant Bonus, and any winnings, into cash that can be withdrawn, players must earn 0.1 redemption points per €1 of Casino Instant Bonus awarded before the bonus expires.
When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.
Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
